Administration and support

Outsourcing is our most comprehensive support solution offered to clients. This service is particularly beneficial for companies without an IT department or those facing overwhelming IT demands. Utilizing us as an external source of assistance often proves economically advantageous, considering the high-quality expertise of our IT specialists. Our company brings together diverse individuals with different areas of expertise to fully cater to our clients' needs.

Training

Training IT staff is recommended for companies or institutions aiming to educate their own IT specialists or an entire IT department in network administration. Our training is conducted on the infrastructure we install and review. Due to the complexity of our expertise, the training is condensed to focus on specific areas such as network configuration, troubleshooting wireless devices/clients, and more manageable infrastructure troubleshooting. For more complex tasks, we recommend using remote assistance.

Remote assistance

No matter who administers the network, whether it's us through outsourcing or an in-house IT specialist, we offer immediate assistance when any issues arise. We provide support through phone communication, remote access intervention, and even on-site assistance if required.

Monitoring

We also offer remote supervision and monitoring of the entire network infrastructure, including end stations, printers, and other devices. The benefit of this service is the ability to quickly react to unexpected events or potential problems.

We recommend our clients to use a specific system that continuously monitors the network and can proactively troubleshoot errors before they escalate into major issues. This provides convenience to the client, reducing the burden of communication and problem-solving. The monitoring criteria are adjusted according to each client's individual needs.

We offer two types of monitoring:

  • Passive – we promptly inform a designated person within the company about any discovered problems and provide regular reports on the current state of wired devices and services.
  • Active – we take charge of dealing with any discovered problems and handle the regular maintenance of the network. Regular reports on the current state of wired devices and services are also provided.

Basic monitoring includes checking the availability of devices within the network, response times, quality of the line, availability of wired devices and applications, event history, and a basic map of the wired topology.

Advanced monitoring includes monitoring switches, routers, access points, cameras, virtualization systems (Citrix, Microsoft, etc.), the overall state of the host system, Windows and Linux environments, internet applications, wired services, stocktaking, and live maps.
